Application for The Cottages Student Housing
The cost at the time of applying is $250.00 per applicant and must be charged to a credit/debit card or paid from your bank account (Note: An additional processing fee may apply depending on your form of payment)
Please completely read the steps explained below before clicking the link at the bottom of the page to access our online application portal. Please review our Application Instructions if you have any additional questions about applying.
The first step in completing a rental application, is for the first applicant in your group to create an APPLY NOW user account*. If you have never applied with us before, select NEW ACCOUNT and simply fill out the information including Property Selection, Email Address, Name, Current Address and Phone Number. Then click ‘Sign Up’. A confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a link to our electronic application form. *Please Note: If you have applied previously or are a current resident, select EXISTING ACCOUNT and use your existing Tenant Web Access email address and password.
Complete the application form, to add more applicants, click ‘Add Additional Applicant’ and enter their name and email address. An email will be sent to them with a link to complete and submit their information. When you are finished, click ‘Submit Application’. Important Note: All persons who are expected to reside in the unit that are 18 years of age or older, must complete an application.
